The issue of Ukraine's preparation of a "dirty bomb" provocation will be discussed in the coming days at a meeting of the UN Security Council, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
"Regarding our information and the information that we have received and which is quite reliable that provocations using a nuclear bomb will be planned in Ukraine, a detailed information indicating those institutions has been passed through the defense minister in contacts with his counterparts from the United States, France, UK, Turkey. There are more contacts planned through our military departments. I can also say that today or tomorrow this issue will also be discussed in the Security Council (UN)," the minister said.
In addition, he called unsubstantiated statements by the West that Kiev is allegedly not trying to create a bomb. He demanded that Ukraine stopped provocations and called on "Western sponsors" to restrain their subordinates.
