A political scientist from Armenia Khachik Galstyan is on Baghramyan Avenue, where the opposition has set up tents since yesterday, and is monitoring the situation. According to him, revolutions do not lead to anything good.
Khachik Galstyan, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor (Armenia): "Nicole Pashinyan got power with the help of color revolutions. As a political scientist, I can state that in the post-Soviet countries, revolutionary methods did not give their people anything good. We have an example of Georgia, there is an example of Ukraine, there is an example of Armenia. The authorities in all 3 countries suffered a shameful defeat, devastation, collapse, thousands of victims. We paid dearly for this experiment. Belarus is the most preserved after the USSR, where all the remaining resources have been maintained, and now the capitalist countries tear apart such a prosperous and good state. Look what is happening in Armenia and prevent such events from happening in Minsk with our Belarusian friends."
