Dinamo, Brest wins gold medals of High League for the first time in history

For the first time in history, Dinamo, Brest won the gold medals of the High League taking over the title from Borisov's BATE.

In the 29th round Dinamo defeated Vitebsk 3:0.  The team has been congratulated by the Head of State on this historic success. Alexander Lukashenko wished the team to keep up the pace and make a strong statement at the European level. The honorary chairman of the football club Diego Maradona did not stay away from the triumph. "I'm very happy to congratulate the players, fans, managers and coaching staff of Dinamo, Brest with today's victory in the Belarusian league," wrote the famous Argentinean in his Instagram, concluding his address with a phrase in Russian: "Congratulations!"
