The opening ceremony of the international tournament World Select took place in Minsk

Great holiday for little hockey players. The opening ceremony of the World Sel ect international tournament took place in Minsk. The colorful opening ceremony was held in the "Olympic Park". Belarusian hockey players born in 2006 played versus representatives of the Czech Republic, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Russia, Kazakhstan. Two years later, Minsk will host the World Championships, and in Belarus plans to hold a children's tournament, not only among club teams, but also the national teams of the leading hockey countries.

And these days the junior team of Belarus successfully performs at the World Championships in Sweden. The team of Evgeny Yesaulov beat the Czechs and Finns and reached the playoffs fr om second place in the group. Tomorrow, the battle with Russia will be shown at  16:30  on Belarus 5.
