BATE and Brest Dynamo to play in Belarus Cup final

BATE and Brest Dynamo will compete for the Belarus Football Cup. The semifinals of the tournament took place yesterday. Brest residents, leading 2-0 in Soligorsk against Shakhtar, lost 2-4. However, thanks to a home victory 2-0, the team of Sergey Kovalchuk was able to get to the final.

Borisov BATE in the first half lost to Slavia in Mozyr, but led after 45 minutes of the return match. Zakhar Volkov and Tymonyuk scored goals. BATE won 2-0. Vice-champion of Belarus reaches the final.

The final match of the Belarus Cup between Borisov BATE and Brest Dynamo will be held on May 24 in Dynamo Stadium in Minsk.
