Ice Hockey World Championships to launch today

5 мая 2017
The Ice Hockey World Championships are scheduled to launch today in Germany and France. Group B matches featuring Belarus will be held in Paris. The Belarusian team will face Finland. Despite the fact that Belarus lost to Finland at the last championship with a score of 2-6, in 2015 it took away one point from Finland, losing in shootouts. The hockey players and coaching staff believe that today the Belarusian team can count on a successful start.

A live broadcast of the Belarus-Finland match will start at 17:50 on Belarus 1, its recorded version to be aired on Belarus 5 at 23:50.

Tomorrow the Belarusian team will face the Czechs and on May 8 — the Canadians. Games against Switzerland, France and Slovenia are scheduled for May 10, 12 and 13 respectively. The group stage for Belarus will end with a match against Norway on May 16.
