TV rights for II European Games already distributed to 122 territories

The II European games will be watched on all continents. At the moment, the right to broadcast the Games has been distributed to 122 territories.

Not only the European countries, but also the USA, New Zealand, China, South America and many others have shown interest in the multi-sports forum. On average, the volume of broadcasts in each territory will be about 70 hours.

Such data was provided today during a press conference devoted to the organization of television broadcasts of the II European Games. An international team will work on the coverage of the main sports forum of the year.

Almost two dozens of various projects will be broadcast on the channels of Belteleradiocompany before the start, as well as during and after the European Games. This will help fans not only learn the nuances of sports, but also get acquainted with our athletes, as well as get full information about backstage of the multisport forum. For example, viewers of Belarus 1 will be able to see this Thursday the second release of the project of the TV News Agency Igry.by. 

Moreover, our creative team will go to Rome, where on May, 3, the fire of the European Games will be lit. That means that the audience will get a unique opportunity to follow the path of fire from its inception to the final point - the bowl of the Dinamo stadium.

The opening and closing ceremonies of the European Games will be broadcast live on Belarus 1. The Belarus 2 and Belarus 5 TV channels will show all sports competitions. The main sports channel of the country will work around the clock.
