The last city on the path of the flame in the northern region of Belarus is Orsha.
Orsha residents applauded today to the torchbearers along the entire route of the relay. It began from the building of the Jesuit College and ended at the Ice Palace. Among those who carried the fire of the II European Games is member of the Belarusian Paralympic swimming team Alexei Talay, European champion in classical chess under the age of 8 years Mihei Naumenko, winner of the silver medal of the Youth Delphic Games of the CIS Member States 2015 Alyona Klimovich. The Flame of Peace visited famous enterprises of the region: the Orsha Flax Factory and the Orsha Rail Hub. Tomorrow, the Flame of the II European Games will be met by residents of the Mogilev region.
