This time the swimming competition will take place on the river Svisloch near the Sports Palace. Thousands of enthusiasts are expected from 23 countries, including Russia, Estonia, Germany and even China. Now Minsk divers are exploring the underwater territory, while fans and professionals of winter swimming organize training starts.
The competition will be organized in several nominations.
