Christina Timanovskaya brings first gold of Universiade in Naples

The champion of the Second European Games, Christina Timanovskaya has  brought to our country the first gold of the Universiade, which is being held in Naples, Italy! In the 200-meter race, the Belarussian with the best result of the season won a landslide victory - her result was 23 seconds exactly! The second and third place was taken by athletes from Germany. Christina Timanovskaya's gold medal is the third award of the student’s team of Belarus. Earlier, swimmer Grigory Pekarsky won bronze, and gymnast Yegor Sharamkov  the was second.
