By Andrey Kozlov: Sergei Gurenko has a busy schedule these days. The manager of FC Dinamo Minsk is currently fighting for the title of the champions of Belarus. He also works as the assistant manager of the Serbian national team and helps head coach Slavoljub Muslin.
Serbia has completed its qualification as the leader of the group, which means that it will go to the 2018 FIFA World Cup, as so will FC Dinamo’s Sergei Gurenko.
Another representative of the Belarusian championship – the Finn Pyry Soiri of FC Shakhter Soligorsk made a spectacular debut for his national team. Soiri’s goal helped Iceland reach the World Cup.
The FIFA World Cup is the most anticipated sports tournament on the planet. It was here that the stars of such football legends as Pelé, Diego Maradona, Johan Cruyff, and Zinedine Zidane were born. In 2018, the main stars of modernity – Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo will go to Russia. And they will be watched closely by one of the coaches of the Serbian national team – Sergei Gurenko.
