The final matches of the republican competitions among children and teenagers in ice hockey for the prizes of the President of Belarus began today at the Zhlobin ice arena.
The Cup is played by the best teams of Division B born in 2002-2004: a hundred people in total. 4 teams played today: Gomel, Minsk, Mogilev and Vitebsk regions. These guys came fr om areas wh ere there are no specialized ice arenas. At the same time, the organizers note a good preparation of young hockey players.
Matches will be held for three days. On the last day, all the participating regions will be on the ice. The winner will be determined on March 28.
