Fans, who violated the law will be temporarily banned from coming to the games of teams. It includes liability for hooliganism, carrying prohibited substances, propaganda of Nazi symbols. Also, restrictions will be introduced for people who were drunk in a public place, tried to make an explosive device, ignored the demands of the police. The ban on attending sporting events is set for a period of three months to three years.
