February in Belarus turned out to be saturated with large-scale sport events. Raubichi is getting ready to host the European Biathlon Championship and the Freestyle World Cup stage. And, of course, thousands of fans will attend the Race of Legends. The best biathletes from all over the world will gather in Belarus to please the spectators and pay tribute to the national school for training athletes in this sport.
The best junior biathletes gathered at the final of "Snow Sniper". The qualifying rounds went all over the country. As a result,168 fastest and most accurate children from different regions, fought for the medals of the republican competitions. Even before the start of the final, all of its participants received two sets of uniforms from the Presidential Sports Club.
Today "Snow Sniper" includes two disciplines: sprint and mixed relay. The distance depended on the age. The tournament was attended by the guys from 11 to 16 years old. The lion's share of the awards this year was gathered by the guys from Minsk. The capital guys climbed the pedestal 12 times, 6 of them for gold, twice for silver and four times for bronze medals. This year's traditional winter competition was held in the new biathlon format, but still united around a thousand buffs of skiing.
A week later, snow snipers will come again to Raubichi to cheer on their idols in the Race of Legends. Today's winners and prize-winners will receive a priority right to ask their questions and take a selfie with famous biathletes.
