After 3 stages of the World Cup and a training camp in Finland, Belarusian freestyle skiers came back home to get a week’s rest. The team will continue training at the cycle track in Minsk Arena and in the Freestyle Training Center.
Today, the Olympic champion Anton Kushnir is expected to return from Israel. He was undergoing a course of treatment there.
It is worth noting that during the 3 World Cup stages, Belarusian freestyle skiers won three medals – the gold of Anna Guskova, the silver of Maxim Gustik and the bronze of Anton Kushnir. However, the main event of the season is, of course, the Winter Olympics in South Korea.
On 3 January, Belarusian freestyle skiers will set off for the next stage of the World Cup in Moscow, after which the team will take part in a series of tournaments in the US.
