Elena Krotkova, Principal of Grodno State Medical University: "Every day about 78 employees work in the red zone. These are associate professors, assistants who carry out consulting work and also attend wards as physicians. An advisory and expert group of the most experienced doctors, teachers-infectious disease specialists and reanematologists was created, which made about 29 trips to the districts of the region, having visited all the central regional hospitals several times for 2 months, providing methodological assistance and advice on seriously ill patients."
Teachers of Grodno Medical University provide assistance in the form of telemedicine consultations every day and are directly involved in more complex cases.
