This goal in the trade and economic relations between Belarus and Vietnam was outlined by the Presidents of the two countries, following the results of the talks.
They expect to deepen cooperative cooperation in the fields of machine building and agriculture, petrochemistry and light industry, electronics, mining and other branches of the economy. The implementation of such projects will allow localization of production in the territory of this Asian state and reaching out to the perspective markets of the ASEAN countries. This proposal was made today by Alexander Lukashenko. Today a package of 10 international documents was signed in the Palace of Independence. The most important is a joint statement by the Presidents of the two states on the development and strengthening of the drastic ties between Belarus and Vietnam. It is also stated that the two countries are following the path of establishment of a strategic partnership.
Tran Dai Quang, President of Vietnam: "Vietnam and Belarus have traditionally friendly relations, there is a great potential for development of cooperation in many spheres. I want to express the desire and determination of the leadership and people of Vietnam to strengthen cooperation with Belarus in the interests of both parties."
The talks between the leaders of the two states were preceded by the official welcoming ceremony. Traditionally it is one of the most memorable and enlightening moments of official visits.
