The conditions of work of court experts changed as well. The draft project was initiated by interdepartmental group initiated by the President. The new structure will unite the subdivisions. The working group is headed by the Deputy Chair of the Investigation Committee Andrey Shved. Every year, the experts have to give some 150 conclusions on various cases. They take part in 150,000 inspections of sites, where the incidents took place.  At the moment there are expert subdivisions in 8 various structures.  The investigation of every 5th criminal case is delayed due to the prolonged expertise.  The new service will optimize the number of personnel and their functions.  Among the priorities is renewal of material and technical base and creation of personnel training system.  The Chair of theSupreme Economic Courtstressed that justice is impossible without expertise. The services of experts are also demanded in civil justice.  The new service will be directly subject to the head of the state.
