President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has extended his condolences to President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev.

"The Belarusian people were appalled to learn about the dramatic events that took place in brotherly Kazakhstan. The organized attack of gangster formations on your country, which caused numerous human casualties and destruction, once again showed us all the terrible threat that international terrorism poses to the world. The subversive aim of the extremists is obvious - to destabilize multinational Kazakhstan, foment chaos, unleash a fratricidal war in the country for an unconstitutional seizure of power and change the political course," reads the message of the condolence.

Alexander Lukashenko pointed out that Belarus has already faced a similar challenge, so it understands the severity of the situation and the enormous responsibility for the fate of the country, resting on the shoulders of the country's leadership.

"The Belarusians are experiencing the most severe trials endured by the brotherly people of Kazakhstan, as their own tragedy. We hope for the quick establishment of peace and tranquility on the Kazakh land and are ready to help in every way to stabilize the situation," assured the Belarusian leader.

Alexander Lukashenko asked Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to convey the words of deep sympathy and support to families and friends of the victims, as well as his wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.
