Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Karanik discuss situation in healthcare system

The Ministry of Health will continue to monitor prices in pharmacies in order to reduce them. As for the drugs that are not released in the country, their registration in the Belarusian market is planned to be simplified. Particular attention will be paid to the quality of drugs: all drugs will be selectively tested, regardless of the country of manufacture. 

Approaches to the organization of primary health care will be revised - the functions of medical staff and their load will be analyzed. 

Citizens will have an opportunity to get advice in the reception rooms of multidisciplinary hospitals, which will also partially relieve the load of district doctors. They plan to create a single information platform that will reduce the influx of patients and simplify the receipt of medical documents.
