Economic development depends on effective decisions

Their main purpose is to improve the welfare and quality of life of Belarusians. And the result of its work should be felt by everyone. A wide range of economic issues were discussed by the Head of State with the key law-makers, officials and experts with regard to the package of forecast documents for the next year. The main parameters of social and economic development will depend on them. In particular, this is the draft budget, the state program of financial management, as well as the course of monetary policy in general.

In the conversation, Alexander Lukashenko reminded that personal responsibility for the export of goods and services is vested in Deputy Prime Ministers. The President demanded from everyone to report on the reasons why this or that indicator is not being met.  Following a detailed analysis of economic issues, the President sent a package of forecast documents submitted by the government for revision.
