The President noted that Cui Qiming is the most dedicated specialist of China on bilateral issues and his position is extremely important for promoting the relations and preparation of meetings at the highest level.
In early June, China will meet the leaders of the states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. Belarus has increased its participation in this major integration platform from a dialogue partner to an observer.
