In recent years, official Minsk and Berlin have intensified contacts, especially at the political level.

In recent years, mutual trade has increased. Germany has traditionally been among the most important trading and investment partners of Belarus. At the end of 2017, it took the 4th place in terms of turnover - this is 2 billion 800 million dollars. Germany is the number one partner of Belarus in the supply of high-tech equipment, including that for modernization of enterprises. In short, there are absolutely all the prerequisites for further full-format cooperation. Belarus is ready for its development in the spirit of mutual respect and partnership.
The countries not only activate economic and investment cooperation, but also consider the possibility of creating joint projects in the IT sphere. German companies are showing great interest in the industrial park Great Stone, 3 projects are already being implemented.
