Belarus and Pakistan have real opportunities for reaching a trade turnover of a billion dollars by 2020. This opinion was expressed by President Alexander Lukashenko at yesterday’s meeting with Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan Mian Raza Rabbani. According to the Belarusian leader, the two countries have established solid friendly ties, however, the implementation of a cooperation road map should be accelerated. In turn, Mian Raza Rabbani expressed confidence in a further successful expansion of cooperation with Belarus.
The Pakistani delegation, whose visit will end on Saturday, is scheduled to meet with the teachers and students of the Belarusian State University and attend the National Art Museum and Nesvizh Castle.
