President considers personnel issues

Today the Head of the State held a personnel day.

Alexander Lukashenko appointed two new ministers. By the decision of the President, Igor Karpenko will be the Minister of Education. The portfolio of the head of Ministry of Labor and Social Protection will be held by Valery Malashko, who previously worked in Mogilev Region Executive Committee.

Alexander Lukashenko stressed that the Igor Karpenko and Valery Malashko will have a lot of problems to deal with.

 

According to press-service of the President, Alexander Lukashenko appointed:

Igor Karpenko - Education Minister of Belarus;

Valery Malashko - Labor and Social Security Minister of Belarus;

Alexander Kurlypo - Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee of Belarus;

Vladimir Kukharev - Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee of Belarus;

Vasily Gerasimov - Belarus President’s Aide – Chief Inspector for Brest Oblast;

Anatoly Isachenko - Belarus President’s Aide – Chief Inspector for Minsk Oblast;

Alena Kupchyna - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Austria, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Belarus to international organizations in Vienna, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Croatia with concurrent accreditation;

Ivan Podgursky - First Deputy Interior Minister – Head of Criminal Police;

Vladimir Goshin - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Lao People's Democratic Republic, the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, and the Kingdom of Thailand with concurrent accreditation;

Dmitry Kuptel  - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the United Republic of Tanzania with concurrent accreditation;

Pavel Latushko - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Principality of Monaco with concurrent accreditation, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Belarus to the World Tourism Organization with concurrent accreditation.

The President also approved the appointment of:

Andrei Konyushko -as Deputy Chairman of the Gomel Oblast Executive Committee;

Yelena Pavlechko as Chairperson of the Mozyr District Executive Committee;

Igor Aslyuk as Chairman of the Chechersk District Executive Committee;

Oleg Kravchenko as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus;

Nikolai Gavrichenko as Rector of the VitebskStateAcademy of Veterinary Medicine;

Alexander Yaroshenko as Head of the Administration of the Chinese-BelarusianIndustrial Park Great Stone;

Vadim Sushchinsky as Vitebsk Oblast Prosecutor;

Viktor Korzun as Grodno Oblast Prosecutor;

Alexander Karlyukevich as Deputy Information Minister of Belarus;

Nikolai Starovoitov as Deputy Justice Minister of Belarus;

Pavel Sukhorukov as director – editor-in-chief of the Zvyazda Publishing House.
