President of Belarus to pay official visit to Egypt on February 19-20

Alexander Lukashenko will hold talks with leader of the country Abdel Fattah el-Sisi in Cairo. The Heads of the States will discuss the implementation of the agreements reached during the visit of the Egyptian leader to Minsk last summer. The meeting will be also focused on the prospects for the development of trade, economic and humanitarian relations. The Presidents will consider issues of interaction at the international venues, ensuring security in the region and the world as a whole. A package of bilateral documents is expected to be signed, following the results of the negotiations. A meeting of the Belarusian-Egyptian Council for Business Cooperation will be held in parallel with the visit to Cairo.
