The salary of teachers in the near years should be increased twofold. This demand was voiced today by the President of Belarus during his working trip to Slutsk District. The governor of the region and the vice-premier reported on the fulfillment of the instructions of the Head of State during previous trips to this region on restructuring of plant areas and the loading of meat-processing plants for uninterrupted operation. New production has also created new jobs in the city. The average salary is 1,500 rubles.
