Terrorists have learned to adapt and act with the help of high technologies and task number one of the world community is to combat them. This was stated at the Independence Palace by the Head of State and UN Deputy Secretary General Vladimir Voronkov. As  Alexander Lukashenko noted, even nuclear weapons is not so dangerous in comparison with "digital" capabilities of terrorist groups. Today there are approximately 30 thousand extremist websites in the world, through the “darknet”, which is not regulated by law, the criminals sell weapons, heavy armored vehicles and even people. And joint action must be taken in order to stop the 21st century plague from spreading. In turn, Vladimir Voronkov thanked Alexander Lukashenko for such an important and strong signal to the international community. The diplomat  highly appreciated the speech of the President during the opening of the international conference on the fight against terrorism the day before.
