President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hassan Rouhani on Nowruz 1397, also known as the Persian New Year.
"I am confident that friendly relations that exist between our countries will contribute to the further expansion of the Belarusian-Iranian relations in all spheres for the benefit of the citizens of both states," the letter says.
