On February 12, the leaders of Belarus and Russia held a phone conversation. Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin discussed international relations, including the situation around Ukraine and the schedule of upcoming meetings and negotiations.
According to the Kremlin press service, they discussed some issues of further development of bilateral cooperation, as well as the situation around the U.S. and NATO response to Russian proposals on the development of long-term international legal guarantees of Russia's security.
