Interior Minister reports to President on criminal situation

The number of high-tech crimes in Belarus has risen 2 times in since January while the number of grave crimes went down twice-fold. The situation in the country is calm due to the efforts of the police. Meanwhile the President criticized the police for lack of diligent investigation, prosecution of innocent people, cruelty during arrests. The correction of these problems is now under control of the ministry.
