According to press-secretary of the Head of State Natalia Eysmont, Alexander Lukashenko observed the work of farmers in the fields fr om a helicopter. The route of the President went through the Minsk region, which has overcome today the barrier of one million tons of threshed grain. About 55 percent of the areas have been harvested. The President observed the Miadeł, Vileika, Molodechno and Logoisk districts.
Great conversation about the pace and quality of field work is scheduled for tomorrow. The first theme of Alexander Lukashenko’s working visit to the Vitebsk region will be harvesting of grain and forage. The head of state will visit the Braslav branch of Glubokoye dairy-canning plant, as well as one of the tourist companies in the region, wh ere the President will focus on the development of rural tourism, attracting investments and export of tourist services.
