Receiving the Prime Minister’s report yesterday, Alexander Lukashenko pointed out the need for concentrating on material production and export build-up and touched upon the issue of rental housing distribution and Geely car sales.
The Prime Minister delivered a report on the preliminary results of the economy achieved last year, noting that Belarus met forecasts on the foreign trade balance. Besides, a certain growth in industrial production was observed. A tangible effect was produced by the industries that have been modernized – these are, in particular, the woodworking, pulp-and-paper and chemical industries.
