Head of State takes personnel decisions in security area

Today the Head of State has made personnel decisions in the national security system. Andrei Ravkov became the new State Secretary of the Security Council. The Ministry of Defense  will be headed by Victor Khrenin. Before that, he was the commander of the troops of the Western Operational Command. Alexander Volfovich was appointed Head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
