Now the country has a state program for the development and maintenance of roads. Within the framework of this program 7000 kilometers of local roads are planned to be repaired until 2020. The President's demand is that the quality of local roads should not be inferior to highways of republican importance.
Along with new technologies, modern equipment will be needed. In this connection, Alexander Lukashenko set the task for industrialists to expand the line of the road-building machines of Belarusian production.

The total length of local roads in Belarus is 70,000 kilometers. And a third of this network needs to be repaired. 90 percent of local roads are used with excess time between repair periods. Until 2020, more than 700 million rubles will be allocated to modernize the road network in our country.
