Belarus ready to develop cooperation with Turkmenistan

This has been announced today by President Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov. Alexander Lukashenko drew attention to the significant increase in trade turnover between the countries and offered to discuss problematic issues in collaboration, if any, and serious cooperation prospects. Alexander Lukashenko also asked to convey his best wishes to the President of Turkmenistan. In turn, Rashid Meredov thanked the Belarusian President for personal attention to the development of bilateral cooperation, pointing out the humanitarian component of cooperation.
