This position was voiced today by President Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting with Johannes Khan, European Commissioner for the European Neighborhood Policy and negotiations on the EU expansion. Belarus is ready to make any contribution to ensure the security of the European continent.
Alexander Lukashenko stressed that we should not allow this initiative to become politicized. It should be practice oriented.
