Belarus and Myanmar sign documents on military and economic cooperation

This has been announced by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at today's meeting with Commander-in-Chief of the Myanmar Armed Forces Min Aung Hlaing. The countries are currently working on the development of a bilateral legal framework. With intergovernmental and interdepartmental agreements on military-technical, economic and trade cooperation already signed, the parties are currently considering 11 international legal acts.


In his turn, Mr. Min Aung Hlaing has thanked the Belarusian side for the warm welcome, noting Myanmar's great interest in a future visit of the country's President to Belarus.
