This was discussed today at a meeting of Alexander Lukashenko with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Belarus. Strategic relations between the two states are supported by joint projects. There have always been good relations between the countries and the leaders.
During the upcoming visit to Nur-Sultan, Alexander Lukashenko plans to meet with leader of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and first president of this country Nursultan Nazarbayev within the framework of the EAEU summit.
Another important topic for discussion at the Palace of Independence is increasing the efficiency of the use of forest resources in Belarus. The report was presented to the President by Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Dvornik and head of the State Control Committee Leonid Anfimov. The President set a number of tasks from restoring order in forests to the quality of wood processing within the country. The priority task is to maximize processing and focus on export-oriented products.
