The President named the possible reasons for the protests in the country. Alexander Lukashenko expressed his assumptions in the interview with the Russian media yesterday. There are internal preconditions for protests, mostly personal reasons, according to the Belarusian leader. There are no classical arguments that can lead to revolution.
The President also said that he was ready to discuss the reform of the country's socio-political life, but this should be a constructive dialogue. Proposals for reforming the Constitution will appear in the near future.
