Alexander Lukashenko to leave for Georgia on official visit today

By Ilona Krasutskaya: Today, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko will pay an official visit to Georgia to discuss prospects for expanding cooperation, increasing the volume of mutual trade, and creating joint ventures. The agenda of the two-day visit includes negotiations with Giorgi Margvelashvili – the leader of this country, as well as a number of bilateral meetings.

The main negotiations will be held at the Avlabari residence of the President of Georgia, both in the one-on-one format and the extended one with the participation of delegations. International documents are expected to be signed. The two leaders will later speak with the press to share some of the details of the meeting.
