The election campaign is not a reason to shake the country! The President spoke about the need to preserve stability, ensure law and order at the meeting, at which the issues of national security were discussed. The election campaign has just started. But, as we can see, not all potential candidates intend to run it in a civilized manner. All sorts of campaign technologies are in progress. It comes down to outright threats.
