When talking to the press Alexander Lukashenko gave his assessment of the scandal that took place yesterday in the qualification of the freestyle tournament at the Olympics.
Olympic champion Anton Kushnir, the leader of our ski acrobats, did not qualify for the final of the competition due to the outrageous judging.
As it turned out, there were representatives of Russia, China and Switzerland among the judges. By amazing coincidence, freestylers from these countries bypassed Anton. Alexander Lukashenko and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus sent a letter with a complaint about the judging against the Belarusian athlete to head of the International Olympic Committee Thomas Bach.
