It is planned that former senators and the new composition of the Council will participate in the meeting. On Monday, October 3, the 10th session of Parliament will open. The main document is the draft budget for next year. The priorities are moderate costs and social orientation. Funding was cut down on residential construction and agriculture. The budget is planned with a surplus of 1.5 billion rubles. The money will be used to pay off debt.
The newly elected parliament will officially take up their duties on October 11. The first meeting of the 6th Parliament will be held on the same day.
