All heads of the CSTO states have arrived in Belarus to attend the session of the Collective Security Council. They are the leaders of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Tajikistan and Russia.
At the National Airport Vladimir Putin was met by Prime Minister of our country Andrei Kobyakov.
