The issue of mutual recognition of visas between Belarus and Russia can be resolved on December 8 at the Union Council of Ministers in Gomel. State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota informed of the high degree of readiness of the draft intergovernmental agreement. The document will resolve the difficulties between countries, related to the non-visa entry for foreigners in Belarus.
