Washington interested in deepening relations with Belarus

Washington is interested in deepening relations with Belarus, and the time has come for direct contacts. This was stated yesterday by the head of the commission on international affairs of the lower house of the Belarusian parliament during a meeting with representatives of the Senate of the US Congress. This dialogue will give impetus to possible visits and joint events. Andrei Savinykh also recalled that Minsk and Washington cooperate in security issues, fighting against crime, human trafficking, and terrorism. The dialogue in the military sphere, in the areas of health and agriculture was resumed.
