Talks between Presidents of Belarus and Russia to be held in Sochi today

Talks between the Presidents of Belarus and Russia will be held today. Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin are scheduled to meet in Sochi this afternoon. While speaking in the Parliament, the Belarusian head of state outlined the negotiating agenda. It will focus on the economy, implementation of joint projects in various areas, as well as the response to external pressure and sanctions policy. The leaders will discuss further steps and work of the governments of the two countries to develop integration within the framework of the Union State, the issues of bilateral cooperation, and exchange opinions on international issues.
