A seminar was held in Minsk to clarify the provisions of Decree No. 7 On the Development of Entrepreneurship. It entered into force today. The document significantly liberalizes business conditions. A notification procedure is introduced for the most common types of activities: domestic, tourist and social services. The corresponding notification should be submitted to the executive committee.
By the way, about a dozen entrepreneurs have already done this procedure in Minsk today.
Today's seminar is the first of nine events to be held in each district of the capital in the near future.
