Defence Ministers of Belarus and Russia to meet in Minsk today

Sergei Shoigu will arrive in Minsk on a working visit to participate in the Joint Board of the Defence Ministries of Belarus and Russia. In particular, the Defence Ministers are expected to discuss the protection of the Union State air border and the creation of a unified Belarus-Russia regional air defence system. Yuri Zhadobin and Sergei Shoigu will also consider joint combat training to be held next year and the celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the Great Patriotic War Victory.
